Chris brings nearly a lifetime of title, lending and legal expertise to the Company and has held roles in accounting and information technology. He continues to build upon his family’s legacy as a leading provider of public records information services by harnessing the technology of today to ensure accurate and expedient results.

Craig Goettler, Esq., Vice PresidentCraig J. Goettler, Esquire, has been with the Company since 1994. Before joining State Capital, he was General Counsel of Crestmont Federal Savings and Loan Association and a customer of State Capital for more than 15 years. He maintains 25+ years of practical legal experience with Mortgage Foreclosures and Real Estate and 10 years of experience with Tax Foreclosure, Quiet Title and Partitions.

Responsible for the Company’s growth strategy and new client acquisitions, Jim frequents industry events to stay ahead of the latest in public records searches. Prior to State Capital, he maintained leadership roles at Thompson Reuters, Winner Automotive Group and Ford Motor Company.
