Personal Information collected is used to set up and maintain accounts as well as for order processing for both current and former clients.

Beyond that, State Capital does not rent or sell personal information.

State Capital allows for you to exercise your own preferences on the website and make any necessary changes, once you tell us your preferences you do not need to take further action. Any account owner can change preference on his or her account at anytime by logging into Manage My Account or by calling 800.876.8994. Please use this function to update any changes that occur to your account whether it is an address and/or personnel change and submit them through our website.

State Capital Title understands the importance of keeping personal information secure. That is why we have strict policies in regards to who sees this information, only employees who need the information in order to carry out their job responsibilities are granted access. We do impose penalties for anyone who fails to comply with any policies in place to protect our clients.

On the occasion that State Capital Title must amend our policy statement, we will post an announcement to the website and will not change the way that we share personal information unless we contact you and discuss on an individual account level.
