All filed pleadings are abstracted with photocopies of material documents provided to our clients, with noted irregularities interspersed on the appropriate pages. This product is only produced after a full Chancery review is completed in our office, maintaining the true title-quality of the work product. We will issue a 2 page certificate listing all defendants joined in the complaint and any amendments to the complaint, the status of those defendants (i.e. if they have been dismissed) and all appropriate notes on irregularities found. The advantage of the Short Form is that it provides the core information of the Full Chancery Abstract without setting forth all the pleadings. The pricing for the Short Form Chancery is fixed at $185, no-charge emailing of requested paperwork, Lawyer's Service delivery and of course, our super fast turnaround time. Some cases may require additional charges for microfilm copying or a full Chancery Abstract.
